Applications are processed through RentPrep x Stessa (a Roofstock Company). Income is verified through Payscore. All persons 18+ must submit an application for screening.

Income

Income must meet or exceed 1.5x the monthly rent (household income is combined).

Criminal

No violent crimes against people, places or things - convicted felonies in the last 3 years.

Eviction

No eviction lockouts in the last 5 years. No past due balances or judgments placed against you.

Rental History

We care most about your rental history. Your rental payment history and eviction record will decide your approval.
